1) Goals- This is where we begin.  What are wanting the website to do for you? Are you trying to sell products? Enhance your image/brand?  Provide information?  Be used as a customer service tool?  Attract the right candidates for employment? Perhaps a combination of these?

2) Structure development- Next we lay out the breadth of the site...the pages most relevant and impactful to your target audience, the best navigational tree, and the right layout.  (For an idea on some of the best pages to use, refer to the Marketing Materials package.)

3) Graphical elements- We'll use the company's existing graphical theme and enhance for the site or we'll start fresh based on the best strategy.

4) Website copy- For the different web pages, we'll use existing marketing copy or begin from scratch.  This will involve some collaboration in developing the right messages.

5) Addition of interactive element- We'll use existing marketing information (reports, articles, etc.) to make available to your prospect through the use of a web form.

6) Tracking mechanism- We'll add the Google Analytics Tool that will allow you to see how the website is doing in real time...how many visitors are coming to the site, where they're coming from, the keywords they're typing to find you, etc.
